KPM 1025 is a Full Autmatic multi-layer concrete blockmaking machine. System operation is programmed via a PLC microprocessor computer.

The machine is employed in the manufacture of prefabricated concrete components such as pavingstones, grass stones, kerbstones, rain gutter stones, briquette and ceiling blocks in a rapid way.

Mould effective area and pallet area are assigned in such a way that machine produces the briquettes and ceiling blocks in two rows.
Machine produces 10 pcs of 20 cm briquettes, 12 pcs of 15 cm briquettes, and 16 pcs of 10 cm briquettes per one stamp.

As well as mould and stamp, thin and thick mortar bunkers are olso moving on chrome column durin the stamping process.

KPM 1025 is manufactured with two built-in mortar bunkers. The system with double bunkers leads to evener, smoother and more colorful top surfaces as well as contributes to saving on the consumption of concrete dying paints.

When necessery or demanded, by means of putting the thin mortar station (front station) out of operation, single type aggregated and single-stamping manufacture may be effected.

For our customers wishing to manufacture single aggregated concrete blocks with briquette, ceiling blocks and some special blocks where thin mortar station is not employed, the KPM 1025 machine is manufactured with a single built-in bunker.
