Prefabricated stack base machine: Consists of vibratory table, inner and outer stack base moulds, input-output palettes, fibre caps and concrete feeding bunker.

Vibratory tables are level-adjusted in vertical axis.

Material is filled into the moulds from the wide adge of the base component. There fore easy filling is facilitated and high capacity is reached.

Inner moulds are made of fibre material eith sufficient resistance and durability.

Stack bases are manufactured in a nature enabling the installation of sealed fittings to concerete bases of Ø1000 and 1200 mm diameters.
